the-home-project studio is designing a return to crafts.
We look into unique techniques and characteristic materials from old craft cultures, and new pieces emerge from a thorough collaboration with local artisans, the results reflecting their own sense of material and shape.
Our products pick up on traditional use and rituals, enhanced by a contemporary approach.
This process started with our research on rural crafts in Southern Portugal and is now extending throughout Europe.
